Our Story
Pranakorn takes its name from Phra Nakhon, the old name for Bangkok. Our head chef, Mdm Kaopan, grew up in Chonburi, a seaside town near the capital, and started Pranakorn to share the flavours she remembers from home.
That means homemade pork cakes, slow-braised pork leg, clay-pot tom yum and whole steamed seabass — the dishes Thai families actually eat — cooked fresh, the traditional way.
